The [A] team is looking to fill an opportunity for a Marketing and Business Analyst/ Optimization Specialist. We are on the lookout for a digital marketing strategist, tasked with optimizing performance strategy across multiple channels, as well as ensuring that new campaigns are evaluated based on opportunity size and organizational impact, and that existing campaigns are measured against defined performance metrics. If systematically improving digital experiences through rapid experimentation and practical personalization sounds like you, then you might be the one we’re looking for.

This role utilizes a paid traction project as the final step of the interview process.

[A] utilizes such test, or traction, projects to not only assess skills, but more importantly to assess if there is a mutual cultural fit. This also gives you insight into [A] “behind the scenes” and helps you determine if [A] is the right place for you. Traction projects are also an excellent time to onboard with [A] tools, and learn key concepts that may be new, to see if the systems and the content at [A] all fits your style.

[A] customizes each test project to the individual candidate as well as to client and internal needs at [A]. The work you will be doing on the test project will produce important and valuable deliverables and contains areas that may be involved in your [A] position. As mentioned, this is a paid project meant to be completed in your "free" time.
