This role utilizes a paid traction project as the final step of the interview process.

[A] utilizes such test, or traction, projects to not only assess skills, but more importantly to assess if there is a mutual cultural fit. This also gives you insight into [A] “behind the scenes” and helps you determine if [A] is the right place for you.
