We're looking for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) developer based anywhere in North or Latin America who is interested in driving exceptional digital experiences with intelligent content. This position will be available for start after January 1, 2020.
We prize our ability to consult clients on the strategic use of digital platforms to create intelligent customer experiences. We are looking for somebody able to work with our CMS development teams and our content structuralists to enable multi-channel marketing solutions for our clients.
This is a remote job that can be done from anywhere in North or Latin America.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work closely with our delivery teams to build integrated environments using Adobe Experience Manager
Work with various enterprise clients from your remote home office, and periodic short travel may be required (no more than 15%)
Work with stakeholders and all involved functional teams
Lead the building of an environment with the needs of the full the enterprise at the forefront
Lead programs to improve usability, reuse, design, and content of the website
Manage the integration of new media channels
Influence the development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner
Build and maintain deep technical skills in AEM, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and will work to stay current with recent and upcoming changes the AEM solution
Lead the habit of best practices and quality standards through regular code reviews and open team communication, using the AEM solution as the backend for projects.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have…
Expertise in full stack development within Adobe Experience Manager
Java application development
Expert knowledge of web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, APIs)
Experience in performing competitive analysis and usability testing
Experience troubleshooting for mobile browsers
Preferred Experience
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Certification
Detailed tendencies and strong understanding of user-centered design
